After an extraordinary year of disruption to working lives throughout the world, when we learned to adapt to remote working, accelerated digitization and increasing automation, the Swiss arm of ICMA Future Leaders organised this virtual event that assessed the longer term consequences for the way we will work in the future and how this has impacted careers in finance.
Professionals from different areas of the capital markets industry joined for a Q&A panel discussion to debate what will be the temporary versus permanent organisational shifts post-COVID and discuss the opportunities and downsides that this will bring. This event covered practical advice for building a career in the ‘new normal’.
